Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Fullstack Development: Develop and maintain complex software systems using Java, Python, and VueJS, with a focus on distributed computing environments.
  • Agile Development: Participate in agile development methodologies, including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production support, to ensure seamless release and maintenance of software components.
  • Requirements Gathering: Participate in requirements gathering and design meetings to ensure that software solutions meet business needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, and provide expertise and guidance to the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of developing and mentoring developers in fullstack Java environments, preferably in the communication surveillance field.
  • Skills: Advanced understanding of Java, Python, VueJS, and distributed computing environments; strong grasp of UNIX skills; expertise in CICD, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, Jenkins, and SonarCube.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage conflicting requests in a fast-paced environment.
