About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team at HireTalent Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and test software applications using Java, Python, and VueJS, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, to ensure that software solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in agile-based software development life cycles, including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that software solutions are stable and reliable.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of developing and mentoring developers working on full-stack Java environments, preferably in the communication surveillance field.
  • Skills: Advanced understanding of Java, Python, VueJS, and distributed computing environments, as well as experience with agile methodologies, CICD, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
