Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

At the Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to ensure the efficient operation of HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, community partnerships, and employee recognition.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and people leaders, providing advice and guidance on HR programs and policies.
  • Administer, report, and monitor occupational and non-occupational injuries, illnesses, accidents, and leaves.
  • Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge and broad understanding of employment laws and legislations, as well as Human Resources challenges and trends.
  • Proficient skills and experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
