About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team at SearchLabs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects, and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Customer Interaction and Sales Activities: Manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and negotiate contracts to close deals with clients.
  • Account Growth and Expansion: Collaborate with the sales team to grow existing accounts, cross-sell, upsell, and expand selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions, and build strong relationships with clients to drive long-term growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A post-secondary education focusing on Business or Marketing, and 2-3 years of experience within an inside sales environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, proven experience in sales, preferably technology sales, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
