Job Title

Manufacturing Training and Skills Development Advisor

About the Role

As a key member of the Groupe Parima team, the Manufacturing Training and Skills Development Advisor plays a crucial role in promoting a culture that emphasizes the training and development of a skilled, committed, and high-performance workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Assessment: Evaluate training needs and support the design and development of training programs in line with the annual training plan, in partnership with content experts.
  • Training Program Design: Work closely with content experts to develop tools to serve as a reference and framework for internal skills development.
  • Learning Opportunities: Ensure that learning opportunities are linked to development needs, including individual, team, and competency-based training.
  • Project Management: Carry out training and organizational development projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement through new practices, processes, or policies.
  • Implementation and Evaluation: Develop action plans to ensure the successful implementation of departmental skills development programs and initiatives, coordinate training plan activities, and organize logistics with departments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a relevant field, along with more than five years of relevant experience, including at least three years in the field of training, skills development, and learning.

The candidate should have experience in coordinating, designing, and delivering training activities, as well as experience in a regulated industry such as food, cosmetics, aeronautics, banking, and insurance.

Additionally, the candidate should have demonstrated project management experience, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to draft various communications and create training plans.

Bilingualism in French and English is required, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential.
