Community Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the lease-up process for a midrise, luxury property in the heart of Toronto.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, owners, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the lease enforcement process, including approving applications, conducting inspections, and collecting late fees.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the property's maintenance team complies with Hines' standards for responding to resident service requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the property meets established standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
  • Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting property tours, and providing updates on the property's performance.
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in new construction/high-rise/luxury properties.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Entrada experience a plus.
  • Strong customer service background or skillset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
