We're seeking an experienced Nurse Team Lead to join our Bayshore HealthCare team and lead our Neighborhood Health Teams in delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on clinical nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care
  • Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and community partners
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Provincial Nursing Program with current registration in good standing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • At least 5 years of recent experience in community nursing, with progressive responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
