Job Summary

RBC Dominion Securities Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional client support to our Investment Advisor teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for Investment Advisors
  • Provide proactive client service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and documentation
  • Assist with client onboarding and account management
  • Communicate effectively with clients, Advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Aptitude to build quality relationships with clients and colleagues
