Administrative Services Manager for Alberta Ltd
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Job Description:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and standards.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, promoting a fast-paced environment.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment, including managing office services, supplies, and equipment.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- 3-4 years of experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Organized and efficient with attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
