**Overview**
At the National Arts Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled Database Specialist to join our team.

**Job Summary**
As a Database Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database systems, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Ensure the accurate and complete recording of key customer data points for each transaction.
  • Streamline ticketing and operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data from various sources.
  • Coordinate data requests and prepare data for promotional and sales initiatives.
  • Assist with the management and integrity of the NAC Box Office CRM database.
  • Work collaboratively with the Box Office Program Specialists to process subscriptions, payments, and ticket allocation.
  • Liaise with other NAC departments and external companies.
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis of database activity.


**Requirements**
  • Completion of secondary school and three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced level in Windows environment, MS Office Suite, and Internet applications.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Fluently bilingual in both official languages, verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of HTML is an asset.
