Responsabilités
  • Gérer les relations avec les clients existants et contribuer au développement des affaires pour ces comptes.
  • Rechercher de nouveaux clients en créant de nouvelles relations et en obtenant de nouveaux affaires.
  • Maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction client en offrant un soutien efficace et en résolvant les plaintes des commerçants de manière rapide et efficace.
  • Organiser, coordonner et exécuter des stratégies de compte pour bâtir des relations solides avec les propriétaires d'entreprises.
  • Rejoindre les commerçants de manière proactive pour maintenir des relations solides.
  • Coordonner avec des partenaires de l'industrie pour aider à résoudre les problèmes et ajouter de la valeur aux comptes des commerçants.
Compétences et exigences
  • Un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en leadership responsable dans des postes de gestion ou de supervision dans l'industrie des services de paiement par carte de crédit. (REQUIS)
  • Capacité prouvée à respecter et à atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Compétences de résolution de problèmes et de multitâche exceptionnelles.
  • Communication efficace entre les clients et à travers toutes les phases des engagements client. Capacité à expliquer des informations complexes de manière claire et concise.
  • Compétences de communication excellentes en anglais.
  • Compétences de travail d'équipe et de leadership.
  • Compétences de écoute et de négociation exceptionnelles.
