Customer Relationship Manager

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving branch sales growth and achieving strategic priorities. This will involve maintaining existing accounts, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with branch teams to achieve sales targets.
Account Development:
The ideal candidate will develop a strong account base by focusing on assigned target markets and leveraging DSV services. This includes planning and managing regular call/visit cycles, reporting sales calls/visits, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effective communication is crucial in this role. The Sales Representative will maintain a constant line of communication with regional offices, respond to sales leads, and provide comprehensive reporting on specific markets/accounts/competition.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a good command of English skills, both verbal and written. They should also be able to create collaborative engagements, actively listen, and resolve customer grievances. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential.
Language and Computer Skills:
Proficiency in English and French is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM). CargoWise experience is an asset.
