Job Summary

KASTNER APPRAISAL AND CONSULTING LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to lead our organization's operational strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team success.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people.
