Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and making strategic decisions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring that we are maximizing our impact and achieving our goals.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring that we have the right people in place to drive success.
  • Policies and Programs: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our goals and objectives.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our staff are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a consulting firm.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: Ability to manage budgets of $500,001 - $1,500,000.
  • Supervision: Ability to supervise 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent physical capabilities.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and able to work in a permanent role with 30 hours per week.
