About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in sales analytics tools and software, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to various locations, including company offices and customer sites. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.
