About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel and willingness to relocate.
