Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dining Room Captain at Pub Saint-Patrick. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the dining room and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of servers and other dining room staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
