About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring that every meal is a memorable occasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model in providing exceptional dining service to our residents
  • Assist with training team members to ensure high-quality service standards
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and readiness standards are met
  • Assist in special events and ensure compliance with all regulatory procedures regarding food service
  • Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards

Requirements

  • High School diploma preferred / GED accepted
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competent in written and verbal communication, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
