About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring that every meal is a delight for the senses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model in providing exceptional dining service to our residents
  • Assist with training team members to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining room, adhering to our strict sanitation and safety protocols
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and functions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food service

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
