Job Title: Dining Room Captain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Captain to join our team at Pub Saint-Patrick. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of servers and bartenders to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ensure that all tables are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the dining room floor, including seating, table assignments, and server rotations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is delivered to the table in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Fluency in French.
