Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
