Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign duties and tasks to staff members to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other store team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
