Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue
  • Develop and implement effective client service strategies to deepen relationships and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and Total Wealth Specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition
  • Act as a leader and mentor to other associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless client service

Requirements:

  • Experience in the securities industry, with a strong understanding of investment products and services
  • Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
