Key Responsibilities:
  • Industry Research: Identify healthcare, business, and consumer services industry sectors with strong economics, large total addressable markets, significant fragmentation, and high-quality revenue.
  • Deal Generation: Create a database of potential acquisition candidates and establish relationships with these companies to determine their interest in a potential transaction.
  • Transaction Support: Analyze opportunities, including preparing acquisition models, transaction summaries, and information request lists, as well as reviewing due diligence materials and summarizing findings for the team.
  • Portfolio Company Management: Review and analyze reports from portfolio companies, stay up-to-date on industry trends and issues, and assist with special projects such as strategy and capital structure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling skills.
  • Professional, positive attitude and ability to contribute to a dynamic team-oriented culture.
