About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our team at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment team in the analysis, acquisition, and management of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence
  • Support the development of investment strategies and recommendations to the investment committee
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
  • Assist in the preparation of investment reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new investment opportunities
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related experience in real estate investment or a related field
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ARGUS real estate software
  • CFA designation considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
