Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate deal flow by creating a database of potential acquisition candidates and establishing relationships with these companies.
  • Support transactions by analyzing opportunities, preparing acquisition models, and reviewing due diligence materials.
  • Manage portfolio companies by reviewing reports, analyzing industry trends, and assisting with strategy and capital structure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling skills.
