Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Enterprise Partnerships to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Enterprise Partnerships team, you will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships and developing deep relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and client value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic partnerships and develop and execute business plans to drive growth and client value
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and client value through partnerships
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on partnership development and management
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business plans and driving growth through partnerships
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
