About the Opportunity

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Advisor to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our business leaders and employees on various human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to interpret needs, determine requirements, and identify solutions for various HR-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client groups, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to the design, roll-out, and training of new programs, initiatives, and systems-related processes.
  • Oversee document management for HR processes, including new hire packages, employee change forms, performance management, disability, and departure forms.
  • Manage HR data in various HR systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education in administration or business, with a focus in HR.
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR coordinator/administrator experience.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an asset.
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively within the team.
  • Commitment to service excellence with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to meet changing needs and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and French.
