Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Performance Advisor to join our team. As an HR Performance Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding managers and employees through performance, conduct, and attendance-related matters. You will partner with senior team members and the employee relations team to resolve complex cases and provide recommendations to influence the appropriate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct, and attendance-related matters, with consultation with the team manager or senior members of the performance team.
  • Partner on or escalate cases with additional complexity to senior team members or directly to the employee relations team based on defined playbook and principles.
  • Gather and assess all relevant data and information to determine options with clear next steps and an action plan, providing recommendations to influence the appropriate outcomes that balance the needs of the business and employee experience.
  • Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Build capability for managers and employees primarily through individual cases.
  • Assist the channel support team to identify and route worker welfare situations to the appropriate team.
  • Contribute to and drive team initiatives and projects with well-defined outcomes.
  • Exercise critical thinking and influence in gathering and assessing relevant data and information for decisions, next steps, or action plan, assessing options, and providing recommendations.
  • Contribute to complex team initiatives and projects and/or People & Places priorities with outcomes that are well defined.
  • Triage internally within the HR Connect team and to COEs as appropriate and as assigned.
  • Consistently apply Intuit's policies and standards to situations.
