Bilingual HR Manager

Our company, Dean Group, is seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to join our team.
To be a fit for this role, you will need a University degree, high-level knowledge of employment legislation, and 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
You will educate and coach department managers on topics including HR Policy, compensation, time off, performance management, terminations, and Leave of Absence management.
You will respond to employees providing first-level HR support with all matters regarding Employee Relations.
Bring your strong ability to relate to people, a genuine desire to help, and your well-rounded HR experience.
