Retail Store Supervisor

At Real Blinds, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and train staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire and train staff, or arrange for training, to meet business needs
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain store inventory
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
