Retail Store Manager

At BC LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Retail Store Supervisor will work a regular schedule of 30-35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
