Senior Network Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Analyst to join our team at RBC. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for supporting leadership and utilizing organizational change management practices to drive business-as-usual activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day fulfillment of firewall requests globally.
- Deploy and maintain site-to-site VPN/Firewall network platforms.
- Respond to network security events and incident escalations from the Service Desk, internal/external clients, and business partners.
- Collaborate with DevOps/Automation teams to identify opportunities for automation and provide technical requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis with vendor engineers and escalation teams for major incidents and recurring problems.
- Create/improve support documentation and ensure shift reports are documented and up-to-date.
- Participate in 24 x 7 on-call rotational shifts, including evenings and nights.
- Provide on-call Level 2 support for the cyber and network security infrastructure.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cyber & network security technology.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security exposures.
- Proficient with Cisco Asa, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint firewalls.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus.
