About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Passionate Learners Academy (PLA) Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the academy's mission.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed to support the academy's events and activities.
