Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at BFG Enterprise Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide first-line support for computer-related software, hardware, and telecommunications requests. This includes troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PC, hardware, and software issues.
  • Document and track service requests using our ticketing system.
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with IT help desk software and procedures.
