As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized technical support

  • Assisting customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs

  • Sharing your passion for technology and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers

  • 6+ months' experience in a similar role

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment

  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment

  • Excellent communication skills
