We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial (SIG) division. Located in Mississauga, ON, or Calgary, AB office location, this role offers the opportunity to manage projects within a challenging work environment and contribute to your personal and professional development.

Your Mission:

As a client-facing Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing management and leadership to ensure timely and efficient execution of assigned projects and other client services. Key areas of activity include developing and implementing projects of large to moderate size, diversity, and complexity, managing projects to deliver on time, on cost, and according to client quality expectations, and coordinating work and providing instructions, advice, leadership, and guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, facilitate, and implement multiple projects with diverse scope, budget, and complexity.
  • Effectively manage projects to meet deadlines, budget, and client expectations.
  • Create project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedule, and project team responsibilities.
  • Coordinate work, provide instructions, advice, leadership, and guidance to team members.
  • Review work in progress and assess completed work for accuracy, required results, and desired quality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between project team members, management, and customers.
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues and escalations.
  • Participate in project scoping activities, including producing and/or validating LOEs and SOWs.
  • Prepare customer-facing and internal status and financial reporting.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and customer presentations.

Salary Estimate: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
