Speech Language Pathologist

At Closing the Gap Healthcare Group, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a clinic setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessments and designing care plans for individuals with a wide range of concerns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assessments in a clinic setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools.
- Designing a care plan using evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
- Partnering with clients' family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals regarding care goals and service plans.

Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Flexible and good organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and analytic skills, with strong organizational abilities.
