Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is a leading provider of home and community healthcare services across Canada.

We are seeking a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, working independently with adult clients in their homes on a face-to-face basis. This role offers flexibility and control over your schedule, ideal for those who value autonomy and variety in their work.

This part-time position will be based in West Parry Sound, allowing you to build connections with clients and colleagues while pursuing your passion for Home Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments in home settings using standardized tools to identify areas for improvement or diagnosis.
  • Develop evidence-based care plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating relevant best practices and clinical expertise.
  • Promote collaboration between clients, family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve shared care goals.

Requirements for Success:

  • Graduation from a recognized post-secondary program in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Current active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, combined with strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience providing home-based services is an asset, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
