Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dining Operations Coordinator to join our team at CGVKI Enterprise Inc. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and service meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Your Responsibilities

- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the preparation of meals, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Hire and train food service staff to ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food preparation and service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. The successful candidate will work a regular 40-hour week and be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
