About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at H-Authentica Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to our team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Office Management
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
