We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at LANDWAYS TRANSPORT INC. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
