Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Trotman Auto Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and healthy operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Manage Entra ID and Azure cloud infrastructure, including user account management and device management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures, configurations, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide escalation support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support.
  • Manage and maintain ITSM system, asset management, and change control systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in administration of Microsoft 365 cloud systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in administration of Entra ID and Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Security Systems and Services, including Zero Trust Frameworks.
  • Power BI experience is an asset.
