About the Job:

TROVENT GROUP CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
