Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Save On BlackTop. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office services: Ensure the smooth operation of our office by managing accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Manage administrative tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory, and ensure budgetary controls are in place.
  • Perform data entry and report preparation: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff: Provide training to staff members as needed.
  • Oversee office administrative procedures: Work closely with the team to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
