We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations to join our team at FOCUS LEARNING.

**About the Role:

  • This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with our staff to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
