Job Title: Business Development Manager USA

Job Summary:

Gemsys, a leader in cash automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Western USA market. As a hunter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, you will be responsible for generating sales in a defined territory, working closely with franchise owners and C-Suite executives to deliver next-generation cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise owners and C-Suite executives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the retail sector
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to create opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid motor vehicle license and ability to transport equipment and tools
