Job Title: Business Development Manager USA
Job Summary:
Gemsys, a leader in cash automation solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Western USA market. As a hunter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, you will be responsible for generating sales in a defined territory, working closely with franchise owners and C-Suite executives to deliver next-generation cash management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise owners and C-Suite executives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the retail sector
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to create opportunities and drive sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid motor vehicle license and ability to transport equipment and tools
