Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Company: Midas

Midas is dedicated to providing quality automotive services to customer vehicles. We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for our service department. The ideal candidate will manage all service department activities, including sales of automotive parts and mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales by consulting with customers
  • Follow up with customers on services requested and estimated completion times
  • Oversee complete vehicle diagnostic inspections and make repair recommendations
  • Create and discuss pricing estimates with customers
  • Lead, manage, and train the team while maintaining shop standards
  • Supervise sales and service processes
  • Manage technicians' diagnostic inspections and repairs
  • Maintain inventory counts and facility cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of store or service manager experience
  • General automotive knowledge, mechanic experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
