About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and growing our commercial client base. You will work with entrepreneurs and business owners who require commercial insurance that meets their needs. This role involves both customer service support and commercial new business sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to commercial clients
- Growing and retaining our commercial client base
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in commercial lines
- Alberta Level 1 License required, working towards Level 2 is considered an asset
- RIBO License (Ontario) or working towards is considered an asset
- CIP designation or working towards is considered an asset
