Food Service Manager

NoodleBox is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, and ability to work under pressure.
